What is EAA? The Experimental Aircraft Association, located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is a nonprofit community of passionate aviation enthusiasts that promotes and supports recreational flying. What is EAA AirVenture Oshkosh? AirVenture is the World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration®. It attracts more than half a million people from all over the world, bringing together aviation pioneers with groundbreaking innovations. The weeklong event consists of unique aircraft, forums, exhibitors, demonstrations, and air shows. We want you to join our team. Volunteer opportunities are available through our Collegiate Volunteer Program. The one-week program allows college students to gain valuable on-the-job skills by giving them firsthand experience and behind-the-scenes access to AirVenture. EAA Collegiate Volunteer Program
