Mark Your Calendars Volunteer Chapter Steering Committee Meetings Purpose To discuss the impact and effectiveness of the chapters, ensure focus within the company and discuss continuous improvement strategies The Steering Committee helps shape the direction of the program by voicing concerns, request support and share best practices Audience Co-chaired by Jon Campbell (Head of Government and Community Relations) and Jimmie Paschall (Head of Diversity and Inclusion) Senior Advisors, Chapter Presidents/Vice Presidents, Community Affairs/Development Professionals Meeting Frequency Twice a year (May/June & Nov/Dec) (cont’d) Melissa – 5 minutes

Mark Your Calendars Volunteer of the Year Training Purpose This program is an opportunity for each chapter to highlight an outstanding volunteer in their chapter. The volunteer will receive a certificate, lapel, enterprise-wide announcement via Teamworks and gift card for $1000 to be designated to the nonprofit organization of their choice. This training is critical in explaining the process to select an awardee as well as provides a timeline of steps that must be completed Audience Training is for the Advisory council member that is managing recognitions (typically the vice-chair) Meeting Frequency Once a year at the beginning of January (cont’d) Melissa – 5 minutes
