Important End of Year Information Pass all required courses, earn a minimum of 26 credits, in addition to the following: PLATO and eSchool: Last day for Plato/eSchool is May 30th by the end of the school day. NO EXCEPTIONS! FEES: All fees must be paid by Wednesday, May 30th. You will NOT practice or walk at graduation if fees are not paid! NO EXCEPTIONS! ILPs: Must be 100% complete. If you have not completed your ILP, see your counselor. SENIOR TRANSITION SURVEY: We are required to track your progress beyond high school and your transition into adulthood. This will be completed through your English class. Please make sure you have the above items completed BEFORE graduation practice or you will NOT walk!
Final Exam Schedule Senior Finals will start Thursday, May 24th (B Day)
Senior Awards Tuesday, May 29 6:00pm - 8:00pm
2018 Scholarship Reporting Form As we prepare for graduation, it is VERY important for you to complete the GREEN Scholarship Reporting Form The form must be returned to your counselor by Friday, May 4th Must attach official documentation of the scholarship that you’re accepting (i.e. your award letter) If you do not submit this form by the deadline, with your documentation, you will NOT be recognized during Senior Awards Ceremony on May 29th

Graduation Dress Code Females Males Dress (appropriate length) Graduation is a serious and formal activity. Your attire reflects the pride we have in our graduating class, the ceremony, and Bryan Station High School. Acceptable attire to be worn beneath the gown are listed below: Females Dress (appropriate length) Dress slacks (khaki, cotton, linen) Dress shoes/sandals Cap and gown with tassel Males Dress shirt and tie Dress slacks (khaki, cotton, linen) Dress shoes (Sperrys are okay) Cap and gown with tassel Unacceptable Attire Shorts, jeans, cargo pants Tennis shoes, flip flops, combat boots Tee shirts, tank tops Any attire that does not adhere to the school dress code
Your attire will be checked prior to the ceremony Any student who is inappropriately dressed will NOT be allowed to participate in ceremony
Graduation will begin promptly at 12:30pm You need to be at Rupp Arena at 11:30am! NO EXCEPTIONS will be made if you arrive PAST 12:15pm
