Poaching is a small fraction of wider wildlife criminality; driven by the affluent, rich and white collar dealers: administrative authorities, men in uniform, judicial authorities, government (MINFOF) officials etc. Trafficking well organized – Criminal Syndicates: Arms, ammunition, some money given to a Baka pygmy to kill elephants, a kg of ivory sold in millions FCFA in Asian markets 1 ton ivory from the East seized in Douala on the way to Nigeria in a truck (LAGA, August 2013)
