Low-Income to Non Low-Income Students Looking at low income and non low income graduation rates over time. Low income students make up a substantial population with 51.3% of our 2015 4 year cohort. Good news is that we are increasing overall, up for both low income students and non low income students, but the end result is that the gap has not narrowed.
