Hiding a slide Hiding a slide will allow the presenter to show only specific slides during a presentation and eliminates the need to delete a slide. To hide a slide, select the slide in the Slides/Outlines Task Pane. Then select Hide Slide. Hide Slide will now be highlighted in orange. To unhide the slide, select the slide again and click it.
