Insert sound clips Sound clips on a slide can add interest to the presentation Sound clips may be inserted from a file, CD audio track, Microsoft Clip Organizer, or a sound may be recorded for the presentation WAV is the most common format of sound files in PowerPoint To insert sound, select Audio from the Insert Ribbon, Media Group. Hiding a slide Hiding a slide will allow the presenter to show only specific slides during a presentation and eliminates the need to delete a slide. To hide a slide, select the slide in the Slides/Outlines Task Pane. Then select Hide Slide. Hide Slide will now be highlighted in orange. To unhide the slide, select the slide again and click it. It should no longer be highlighted. Denotes the slide is hidden 11/11/2018
