Issues Honorarium of Cook-cum-helpers needs to be enhanced from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2000 per month. Funds are required to clear the pending liabilities of Rs. 6344.30 Lakh of previous years regarding Cost of food grain, Transportation and MME. U.P. being the largest State, percentage of MME needs to be increased accordingly.
