Trash Tote NEW RULE : 3. Trash & Garbage: All unit owners are to use a trash tote to hold their garbage/trash when placed outside on trash pickup days. Normal garbage/trash being put out for pickup is to be in a tote and not just within a plastic bag placed on the ground. It is understood that there may be days when more trash that can fit in 1 or 2 containers may need to be placed outside on collection day. In these cases, trash placed on the ground should not contain garbage that may attract animals and should be in a closed plastic bag if at all possible.
