Facilitator Recruitment & Retention & Training Schedules

Expected Skills for Leaders/Trainers: . Adheres to Curriculum Facilitates group contributions Effectively handles: difficult group dynamics problem participants Speaks Comfortably in front of a group Does not judge people and actions Models activities appropriately Sticks to time/agendas Is willing to complete required pre-requisites Listens and incorporates feedback from Master Trainers Works cooperatively with co-leader Today, we’re going to look at the forms used in the reporting process. The items listed in “red” are helpful guidelines and aids for the leaders . Only the items shown in “Black” are forms that need to be completed and returned to DHEC.
