Saturday, September 12, 2009 – furlough data available to view in PPS Monday, September 14, 2009 – Departments to review furlough data for staff employees on the biweekly pay period to ensure everyone’s accuracy and address needed corrections

Chain of Events Continued Tuesday, September 15, 2009 through Friday, September 18, 2009: begin review of faculty furlough information in PPS for accuracy. Campus will generate an Exception Report from PPS for those who do not have enough distributions available in PPS. Exception Report will be made available to departments. Timesheets available on Wednesday, September 16, 2009. .

Chain of Events Continued Data will also be available in eHR (PSoft) early to end of next week so that departments can reconcile data in Psoft or else can use Excel calculator Please NOTE: SRBs in eHR will be collapsed at this point. However, in PPS they will be split because of multi distribitutions. For example:
