Customer Points are only awarded for new ADT customers. ADT Customer points will be purged after 36 months or earlier if the customer cancels their service. IBOs will cease to receive points and commission for purged services IBOs should solicit new customers and not existing customers of ADT – note that this requirement applies to existing ADT customers an IBO may have referred to ADT where the customer has fulfilled their minimum contract period with ADT. IBOs will not continue to receive customer points or commissionable revenue for existing ADT customers that they have referred, where the customer: (i) cancels their ADT agreement within the minimum contract term; (ii) remains with ADT and is out of original contract term associated with their original IBO-referred ADT Agreement; and/or (iii) chooses to upgrade with ADT and is out of original contract term associated with their original IBO-referred ADT Agreement. Points will be allocated when ADT confirms a sale has occurred Residual commission will be paid based on 100% of the monthly charge (equipment & installation is not commissionable) The customer pays an upfront installation fee (not commissionable) plus a monthly charge Available in capital cities and metropolitan areas. ADT may be able to service regional areas subject to demand. Customers in regional & rural areas may incur a ‘travel charge’ in addition to the normal installation fee for a security system installation
