With BETA Coverage Scenario 1: Traveling in Mexico, awakening with stomach pain…. We immediately verify coverage and arrange for an emergency physician visit. If appropriate medical facilities are available, we make those arrangements, if not, we arrange an emergency medical evacuation. If necessary, we contact your personal physician and obtain your medical records. We contact close family members to update them on your situation.

Emergency Evacuation Benefit $50,000 Public Plan $250,000 Scholastic Plan Arrangements must be made and approved by Assistance company for medically necessary Evacuation to the nearest adequate medical facility. Includes coverage for transportation, medical services, and medical supplies, if medically necessary.

Repatriation of Remains Benefit $25,000 Public Plan $50,000 Scholastic Plan In the event of death while traveling, this benefit will return your remains to your home country. Arrangements must be made and approved by assistance company to cover the reasonable expenses.

Passport Replacement The plan will reimburse expenses incurred for the replacement of a lost passport up to $250.
