Crime scene investigation (CSI) In today’s lesson, I want you to imagine that you are part of a CSI team that has been called to a fatal accident which occurred in the Queensway Tunnel in the early hours of the morning. This is what happened’

Summary Car broke down inside the tunnel. The driver of the car abandoned his vehicle In doing so, he was hit by another car which continued on and left the tunnel without assisting the victim. In the tunnel there are CCTV cameras at 500 m interval

Final Account Victim’s car entered tunnel travelling at constant speed It was overtaken by Car A, travelling at a higher constant speed, at the 500 m mark At 1500 m, the victim’s car came to a halt. The victim tried to restart his car and was passed by Car B which slowed down but did not stop The victim then got out of his car and was hit by Car C which was travelling quickly, slowed down but then accelerated away. The victim was dead on arrival at the hospital.
