A proportion that can be used to determine percent's of numbers. Percent Proportion A proportion that can be used to determine percent's of numbers.

Part In a percent proportion, the number being compared to the whole quantity. Usually says “is” before the number

Whole In a percent proportion, the whole quatntity or the number to which the part is being compared Usually says “of” before the number
