OPTIONAL ASSIGNMENT: DUE FEB 23RD Assignment Research Report of a historically important African American   Directions You are to research a famous African-American. You will then write a research report reflecting the person’s life, his or her goals, and notable accomplishments. Your paper must be at least two pages handwritten or one page typed. You must have a cover page and a bibliography of the sources that you used. Please use the attached rubric to help guide your research. COLIN POWELL
