ProLine & ProLine+ • Improved Structure • Removed Uprights • Ease of Assembly Many improvements has done for Estaps’ best seller wall mounting cabinet after a deep market research and benchmarkings. According to consumer needs and feedbacks we created Proline and Proline+. Both have many great features. The three main improvemnts could be summarized as; Structure, Uprights and Ease of assembly

Structure • 110 Degrees Opening Sides! • 19” Mounting Angles • Endustrial Design Structure: The picture above is fully openned a ProLine +. The doors are double opening as standart. They could be open by 110 degrees. Moreover, the side panels are hinged to front doors and could be move together with front door. By doing so, the openning angle would become 180 degrees. Another feature is, with phillips screwdriver, front doors could be separated easily. Also, with the help of the dowels side panels could be separated easily. For Proline, it is single opening door and openning angle is more than 180 degress. 19” mounting angles are slideable and moving together. They are moving on rails. As known well, wall mounting cabinets are mostly used in offices and visible areas. Therefore, the aesthetic look is highly important. For this issue, we worked with industrial designers. The design of the cabinets reflects an electrical and IT image. Both series doors have serigrafic design. In addition to that, Proline + has forms. As mentioned before, to improve the aesthetic and security the side locks are eliminated, however, side panels could be locked from inside and ofcourse, they are removeable and lockable 2 major changes has done about sizes. The first one is U heights. As known well, previous Proline U heights used to start from 7U. For this series, the heights start from 6U. The other change is on depth. For both series, the 560 mm depth has increased to 600 mm as standart.

Uprights • No Uprights! • Carrying Capacity is Improved • Easy to Work on Proline wall mounting cabinets have pending patents. Like door opening structure, non-upright is another pending patent improvement that was made. Without having uprights ProLine+ can carry 85 kg and Proline can 50 kg. The best advantage of non-upright cabinet is, allowing the consumers easy intervention and perfect easiness of working inside the cabinet.

Ease of Assembly • Enlarged Mounting Holes While improving the cabinet, one of the most desired topic was easiness. So, Proline series were designed according to this idea. Mounting holes: Comparing to previous generation of ProLine, on the new series the mounting holes were enlarged and moved little bit through the center. Thus, gives time saving and easy mounting to users. Everything on the cabinet could be done by a regular phillips screwdriver. If there is not enough space on the wall (think about a small size office or home office) or if the strength of the wall is not good enough (old buildings, or wooden doors etc.) a hung kit might be used to assembly the cabinet to the ceiling. • Enlarged Mounting Holes • Only 1 Tool for Everything! • Hung Kit is Available for Ceiling!

Advantages • Imporved Loading Capacity • Easy Usage and Assembly • 3 Cable Entries & Easy Setup • More Secure Side Panels As mentioned before the loading capacity is more than its competitors Easiness of usage and assembly is unrivaled   Cabling is one of the most important topic about cabinets. Like before new Proline series have 3 cable entries. On top, bottom and rear. All three is microjoint. However, as default, every cabinet has one sliding cable entry part inside. Cables may come from top or bottom. Whichever situation, breakable one of the microjoint part might be removed and that part could be used. If cables are coming from both sides that part could be ordered as an accessory as well. Moreover, the cable entry opening position is right and left. That would increase security and give more flexibility. Last but not least, the cable entries are big enough to take off devices from inside whithout unplugging the devices(of course, some might not suitable). For security purposes, side panel locks are cancelled. Also, above 12U and more heights there are 2 locks on front doors. Another security option is metal perforated door option. As a standart door all Proline series, regardless of sizes, have this option.

Advantages • More Efficient Fan Unit: 1>2 • Flatpack Option • No “U” Loss! • New Accessories 1>2: For efficient cooling and ventilation, 1 fan, which is closer to rear of the cabinet is better than other standart cabinet manufacturers’ products. The reason is simple. As known well, the heated air rise. In addition to that most devices’ hot air evacuated from back. Therefore, the fan would capture hot air without dispersing within the cabinet. Thats why our 1 fan ventilation system is much better than the others. However, if consumer needs 2 fan anyways, that is standart as well. Flatpack option is available. That helps 50% placement advantage on shipping and storage. There is installation manual if flatpack ordered. Assembly takes 10 minutes with only a phillips head screwdriver. No U loss if fan is used. Also, some accessories prevents “U” loss. Horizontal metal cable organiser, which could be mounted at front or rear of the shelf, LED light, hung kit and etc. are designed for easiness and efficiency

Comparison • Door Openings • Loading Capacities • “U” heights • 19” Mounting Angles • Side Panels ProLine and ProLine+ have great features, there are some differences between them. They are mainly; Door Openings: ProLine has single opening front door. Opening angle is more than 180 degrees. Metal perforated door option is also standart. That is also single opening door. On the other hand ProLine+ has double opening door. Moreover, it is able to open with side panels as well as mentioned before. In addition, metal perforated door option is standart too. Again, that is also double openinig Loading capacity: ProLine loading capacity is 50 kg. If, 4 19” mounting angles and 4 point fixing shelf used together it can carry up to 200 kg. For ProLine+ it is 85 kg and 300 kg respectively. “U” Heights: ProLine “U” heights are: 6U, 7U, 9U, 12U, 16U and 20U. ProLine+ “U” heights are; 6U, 9U, 12U, 16U and 20U. 19” mounting angles: ProLines’ 19” mounting angles has notches for to show “U”. On the other side ProLine+s’ “U” signs are serigrafic. Side Panels: As mentioned earlier, both series’ side panels can be lockable and removable. In addition to that, Proline+ has formed side panels for better look. Moreover, side panels can be move with front doors and allow users a perfect working area in the cabinet and intervention to devices and cables.
