IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO WIN $500 NEW DEADLINE DATE TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19TH Give Back ● Get Back You donate a little and we’ll give back a lot. The Petoskey Education Foundation (PEF) will award $500 to each school when at least 75% of the building staff or designated group participates in the (GB)2 Plan. Simply donate a minimum $2 per pay period for 20 pay periods or make a one time $40 donation to PEF. Three easy ways to donate to the (GB)2 Plan: 1.Enroll in the Petoskey Employee Payroll Deduction Program 2. Submit a one time annual donation by check or 3. Donate online via PayPal by clicking on the PEF web site link at www.petoskeyschools.org All donation forms should be received by October 19, 2016. (GB)2 Donation Forms will be distributed at the beginning of the 2016 school year. All donations received through the (GB)2 Plan will go directly to the PEF Mini-Grant Program designed to support our staff and students. As before, there are two opportunities you can apply for a PEF Mini-Grant. Applications are due October 15th & Jan 15th. PETOSKEY EDUCATION FOUNDATION Celebrating 25 Years We raise funds to help students and support programs in the Public Schools of Petoskey that the district is unable to achieve through other means. Three initiatives include: Student Scholarships Mini-Grants Positive School Climate Change Petoskey Schools Petoskey Education Foundation Give Back ● Get Back (GB)2 Donation Form The Petoskey Education Foundation is grateful for your support and for your daily efforts on behalf of the students of the Petoskey Schools. Choose one of three options to donate: Payroll Deduction, Check, or PayPal. Please complete and submit to the School Business Office prior to Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Wednesday, October 19, 2016.
