Achievements The Council of Governors hold the Non-Executive Directors to account for the performance of the Board. Supported the appointment of the new Vice Chairman – Mr Chris Thompson. Appointed the new Chairman – Mrs Angela Schofield. Undertook the recruitment process to replace two Non-Executive Directors – Mr Neil McLean and Mr Ian Ward. July – September 2017 – Appointment of a new Chairman (second round) The recruitment process commenced on 29 January 2018. 98 applications. Nominations Committee long-list on 5 March 2018 – 23 applicants. The Nominations Committee met on 13 March six candidates were shortlisted and invited for interview on 9 April 2018.   Been consulted on the Trust’s Operational Plan, contributed to the development of the Quality Priorities for the coming year, and reviewed the Quality Account.

Nominations Committee long-list on 5 March 2018 – 23 applicants. The Nominations Committee met on 13 March six candidates were shortlisted and invited for interview on 9 April 2018.
