Every MSU international student and every medical student is automatically enrolled in and charged for MSUs Aetna health insurance plan. If you already have a comparable health insurance policy from another source, then you might be able to waive or remove the MSU health insurance requirement and charge. What is a Summary of Benefits? The summary of benefits is usually listed at the beginning of your health insurance policy and lists the basic items covered by your policy. What is proof of insurance? You may never have received an actual health insurance card but somehow, you need to show proof that you are actually enrolled in the alternate health insurance policy. The proof must include your name and the start and end dates of the insurance coverage.
