Your role as PBIS Coordinator View resources at www.pbisvermont.org Complete coordinator self-assessment. Prepare to review your PD goals with the Leadership Team. Identify 1-2 things they can do to help you achieve your goals.

Multiple Levels of Support Regional Technical Assistance Providers (TAs) Trainers External Coaches Su Coordinator Building Coordinator Vt’s infrastructure of supports to schools. This is based on the science of implementing evidence based practices in which the coaching feature at all levels of the system is a key feature in implmentation and sustainability over time. It allows for the PIP-PEP cycle.

Identify who provides each level of support for your school State TAs Implementation Coaches SU/District Coordinators School Coordinators Administrator and Leadership Team School & Community Identify who provides each level of support for your school *Share the pbisvermont.org website (refer folks to “resources” “TAs, SU Coordinators” *Share the State PBIS Team definitions of coaching at each level (if they still exist)

Next Steps: Share results of SAS and SET with your school team. Select 2-3 target areas that you would like your coach to support your school in Schedule a date and time for your coach to visit your school’s Leadership Team Provide participants with a handout with a menu of options to select from where they feel they need coaching support.
