Objectives Review SEFEL Practice Profile Implementation Step 1: Establish a leadership team Review the purpose of leadership team meetings Plan for effective leadership team meetings

An Effective Leadership Team… One word ice breaker – Think for one minute and then share with your table group the one or two words that best describes an effective leadership team. Ask participants to introduce themselves and share their one or two words descriptions with their table mates. Ask groups to report out their best descriptions and explain why they feel that word describes an effective team. In our session today we’ll discuss some ideas for building an effective leadership team.
