Questions for Analysis/Reflection Analysis/Reflection paragraph must answer the following questions. 1. Do you feel that your fitness scores show that you did the best you can do for each of the tests? 2. How do your scores for each test compare to the average scores for Keith Valley? 3. Do your scores for each test fall between the low and high scores for the Fitnessgram standards? 4. Are there any scores from your fitness assessment that you would like to improve? Explain.

Recommendations paragraph must answer the following questions. 1. Apply the F.I.T.T (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type) Formula to specifically describe; How would you improve your mile time (cardiovascular endurance)? How would you improve you pushup score (muscular strength and endurance)? How would you improve your sit-up score (muscular endurance)? How would you improve your sit/reach score (flexibility)? *Each answer should include frequency, intensity, time, type This information should be used for your IFP (Individual Fitness Plan)
