Teams work together to complete an entire phase of production. Members of such teams share the responsibilities and rewards of these efforts. 3a. Teams often rotate tasks among members. This reduces boredom & allows each team member to develop an array of skills. 3c. When people work in a team, they have to talk. They get to know each other better. 11/12/2018
