COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY for the period of 2007-2010 Main directions of anticorruption policy CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM: excluding the possibility (potentials) for authoritarianism re-allocating of authorities and responsibilities between the President, Parliament and Government strengthening the impact of political parties on governing the state strengthening responsibility and accountability of all government branches for the people 3
