Statewide Attainment Goals for 2023 Proposed in the 2013 Roadmap and adopted by the 2014 Legislature. All adults ages 25–44 in Washington will have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least 70 percent of adults ages 25–44 in Washington will have a postsecondary credential. 2013: 90% 2013: 51%
