إحساس الجميع بالإحتياج : الطفل لحب أبواه , الشاب لشريك حياة، الزوجة ..., الزوج ... ، كبار السن ... ، اليتيم ... ، الأرمل والأرملة ...... كلنا. Everyone is in need for an emotional satisfaction: kids, husbands, wives, elders, orphans, widows …… EVRYONE.

الجوع العاطفي أعراضه The Emotional hunger 1- غضب داخلي : يكره نفسه ، غيظ ، قلق ، توتر ، اكتئاب، إنطواء ، خوف ، زهقان ، قرفان ...... 1. Internal Fury: to hate oneself, agonized, troubled, annoyed, frustrated, afraid, feeling bord ……

2- تعبير خارجي : علاقات خاطئة للشبع 2. External Expressions: Wrong relationships to satisfy ones emotional needs. أمثلة : المرأة التي أمسكت في ذات الفعل، السامرية Example : the woman caught in adultery , the Samaritan woman 3- الإلتجاء للمشغولية الزائدة 3. Overloading oneself with too much work

الجوع العاطفي لن يشبعه أى إنسان No human being can ever satisfy your emotional hunger فسمع فرعون هذا الامر فطلب ان يقتل موسى فهرب موسى من وجه فرعون و سكن في ارض مديان و جلس عند البئر. و كان لكاهن مديان سبع بنات فاتين و استقين و ملان الاجران ليسقين غنم ابيهن. فاتى الرعاة و طردوهن فنهض موسى و انجدهن و سقى غنمهن. فلما اتين الى رعوئيل ابيهن قال ما بالكن اسرعتن في المجيء اليوم. فقلن رجل مصري انقذنا من ايدي الرعاة و انه استقى لنا ايضا و سقى الغنم. فقال لبناته و اين هو لماذا تركتن الرجل ادعونه لياكل طعاما. فارتضى موسى ان يسكن مع الرجل فاعطى موسى صفورة ابنته. فولدت ابنا فدعا اسمه جرشوم لانه قال كنت نزيلا في ارض غريبة. ( خر2: 15-22 )

And Moses was content to dwell with the man: and he gave Moses Zipporah his daughter. And she bare [him] a son, and he called his name Gershom: for he said, I have been a stranger in a strange land.

و كان لا بد له ان يجتاز السامرة و كان لا بد له ان يجتاز السامرة. فاتى الى مدينة من السامرة يقال لها سوخار بقرب الضيعة التي وهبها يعقوب ليوسف ابنه. و كانت هناك بئر يعقوب فاذ كان يسوع قد تعب من السفر جلس هكذا على البئر و كان نحو الساعة السادسة. فجاءت امراة من السامرة لتستقي ماء فقال لها يسوع اعطيني لاشرب. لان تلاميذه كانوا قد مضوا الى المدينة ليبتاعوا طعاما. فقالت له المراة السامرية كيف تطلب مني لتشرب و انت يهودي و انا امراة سامرية لان اليهود لا يعاملون السامريين. اجاب يسوع و قال لها لو كنت تعلمين عطية الله و من هو الذي يقول لك اعطيني لاشرب لطلبت انت منه فاعطاك ماء حيا. قالت له المراة يا سيد لا دلو لك و البئر عميقة فمن اين لك الماء الحي. العلك اعظم من ابينا يعقوب الذي اعطانا البئر و شرب منها هو و بنوه و مواشيه. اجاب يسوع و قال لها كل من يشرب من هذا الماء يعطش ايضا. و لكن من يشرب من الماء الذي اعطيه انا فلن يعطش الى الابد بل الماء الذي اعطيه يصير فيه ينبوع ماء ينبع الى حياة ابدية. قالت له المراة يا سيد اعطني هذا الماء لكي لا اعطش و لا اتي الى هنا لاستقي. قال لها يسوع اذهبي و ادعي زوجك و تعالي الى ههنا. اجابت المراة و قالت ليس لي زوج قال لها يسوع حسنا قلت ليس لي زوج. لانه كان لك خمسة ازواج و الذي لك الان ليس هو زوجك هذا قلت بالصدق. قالت له المراة يا سيد ارى انك نبي. اباؤنا سجدوا في هذا الجبل و انتم تقولون ان في اورشليم الموضع الذي ينبغي ان يسجد فيه. قال لها يسوع يا امراة صدقيني انه تاتي ساعة لا في هذا الجبل و لا في اورشليم تسجدون للاب. انتم تسجدون لما لستم تعلمون اما نحن فنسجد لما نعلم لان الخلاص هو من اليهود. و لكن تاتي ساعة و هي الان حين الساجدون الحقيقيون يسجدون للاب بالروح و الحق لان الاب طالب مثل هؤلاء الساجدين له. الله روح و الذين يسجدون له فبالروح و الحق ينبغي ان يسجدوا. قالت له المراة انا اعلم ان مسيا الذي يقال له المسيح ياتي فمتى جاء ذاك يخبرنا بكل شيء. قال لها يسوع انا الذي اكلمك هو. و عند ذلك جاء تلاميذه و كانوا يتعجبون انه يتكلم مع امراة و لكن لم يقل احد ماذا تطلب او لماذا تتكلم معها. فتركت المراة جرتها و مضت الى المدينة و قالت للناس. هلموا انظروا انسانا قال لي كل ما فعلت العل هذا هو المسيح. ( يو4: 4-29 )

Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied from [His] journey, sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour. A woman of Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, "Give Me a drink". For His disciples had gone away into the city to buy food. Then the woman of Samaria said to Him, "How is it that You, being a Jew, ask a drink from me, a Samaritan woman?" For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans. Jesus answered and said to her, "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, 'Give Me a drink,' you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water". The woman said to Him, "Sir, You have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. Where then do You get that living water?. "Are You greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank from it himself, as well as his sons and his livestock?". Jesus answered and said to her, "Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again,. "but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life". The woman said to Him, "Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst, nor come here to draw". Jesus said to her, "Go, call your husband, and come here". The woman answered and said, "I have no husband" Jesus

said to her, "You have well said, 'I have no husband,' said to her, "You have well said, 'I have no husband,'. "for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; in that you spoke truly". The woman said to Him, "Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet. "Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, and you [Jews] say that in Jerusalem is the place where one ought to worship". Jesus said to her, "Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father. "You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. "But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. "God [is] Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth". The woman said to Him, "I know that Messiah is coming" (who is called Christ). "When He comes, He will tell us all things". Jesus said to her, "I who speak to you am [He"]. And at this [point] His disciples came, and they marveled that He talked with a woman; yet no one said, "What do You seek?" or, "Why are You talking with her?". The woman then left her waterpot, went her way into the city, and said to the men,. "Come, see a Man who told me all things that I ever did. Could this be the Christ?".

الماء : هو الحب Water : It’s Love كل حب بشري (الأزواج): كل من يشرب من هذا الماء يعطش ايضا (يو 4 : 13) All human love ( Couples ):“ Whoever drinks of this water, will thirst again”( John 4 :13 ) حب الله للنفس يختلف تماماً عن أي حب إنسان للنفس God’s love to us is totally different from anyone’s love towards another

الدلو : الجسديات The bucket of water : The physical needs الماء الحي : لا يحتاج دلو The living water does not need a bucket ربنا يقدر يحضنك من غير جسديات.... يشبعك من غير حضن جسدي . God can hug you without a physical approach ….. God can feed you without a human hug.

كيف نشرب ماء الحب الإلهي؟ How can we drink from the loving divine water? 1- الجلسة مع ربنا : الصلاة 1- By being with God : Prayers موسى سبق على البئر : ربنا موجود باستمرار Moses ran to the well : God is always there فى البداية النفس إتعودت على حب الدنيا فتصد المشاعر المقدسة At first, the human soul might be adapted to the worldly love and therefore rejects the feelings.

2- الطلب من أجل الشبع : أعطيني .... 2. Asking to be fed : Give me ….. إديني حب ، إديني قبلة إلهية ...... Give me love, give me a divine kiss …

3- إذهبي وإدعي زوجك .... التسامح 3. Go get your husband : …. Forgiveness لما تشبع بربنا ... هتسامح كل اللى جرحوك When you are emotionally fed with God’s love, you will forgive everyone who hurt you

4- السجود 4. Kneeling السجود بالروح .... خشوع ، إتضاع، إنسحاق داخلي Then Soul’s kneeling ….. Inner humblness
