מצא את "אוצר" פורים בתוך ערימת כדורים חפשו הילדים פריטים הקשורים לחג כמו: רעשן, מסכה, כתר, טבעת המלך וכ"ו. המוצא זכה בפרס מקופסת האוצרות של המלך אחשורוש.( היו מספיק סמלים כך שלכל ילד הייתה הזדמנות למצוא משהו ולקבל מתנה) Find “Purim Treasure” The children looked for Purim items like rattlers, mask, crown, the king ring etc inside a pile of balls. When they found it, they won a prize from “the king treasure box”. Everyone got a chance to find something and get a treasure !

הילדים הגיעו מחופשים למסיבת פורים שבה בין היתר השתתפו בתהלוכת תחפושות, ריקודים, שירים ומשחקים. The children participated in Purim celebration while wearing costumes, dancing and playing games.

ילדי אחת הכיתות למדו לשיר "ליצן קטן נחמד" בעברית ואנגלית והכינו כובעי ליצן. במסיבת פורים הם חבשו אותם ושרו ורקדו לקצב השיר. (כבר חגגנו את מסיבת פורים כי יצאנו לחופשת אביב שנמשכת עד לאחרי החג). One of the classes learnt to sing “Nice little clown “ in Hebrew and English and prepared clowns hats. They used them at Purim party and danced with the song

הילדים עסקו גם בצביעה וקישוט כתרים בחומרים שונים דבר שאיפשר לכולם להיות מלך או מלכה לפחות ליום אחד. The children decorated crowns with different materials and this enabled them to be a king or a queen for one day at least

קראנו והמחזנו את הספור "כובעים למכירה" קראנו והמחזנו את הספור "כובעים למכירה". הילדים נהנו לשחק את תפקיד הקופים. השמיעו קולות של קופים, חיקו את הרוכל ולקח ואת הכובעים מעל ראשו. הילדים נהנו במיוחד ללכת עם אוסף כובעים על הראש ולנסות שלא להפיל אותם וכשנפלו לרצפה מיהרו "הקופים" לאסוף אותם ולברוח כשהם משמיעים קולות של קופים.. We read and dramatized “Hats for sale” The children enjoyed playing like monkeys .They produced sounds like monkeys , imitated the peddler and took the hats from his head. The children enjoyed walking with a pile of hats on their head without dropping them. When the hats fall down, the monkeys collected them and ran away while making sounds like monkeys.

"הקופים" בורחים עם הכובעים שלקחו.... “The monkeys” are running away with the hats that they took….

לילדים הגדולים ניתנה ההזדמנות גם למיין את הכובעים לפי סוגיהם השונים: בד, קש, פלסטיק וכ"ו. The elder children categorized the hats according to their materials etc.
