RMIT will be participating in R U OK RMIT will be participating in R U OK? Day on the 15th of September at the City, Brunswick, Bundoora and 108 campuses. R U OK? Day promotes suicide prevention, compassion and connectedness within the community. R U OK? Believes that a conversation may be life changing and the best thing we can all do is regularly ask the people we care about: Asking "Are you OK?" regardless of whether they are at risk or not because connection is essential and good for everyone. www.ruokday.com.au provides information regarding how to ask someone “R U OK?”, what to do if they’re not OK and links to online and other support services Student Services will be promoting R U OK? Day in a number of ways. These include; Social media marketing that will provide students and staff with information, linking them to resources available within the university, online and externally.
