The Client undertakes to notify The Job House Management Consultant immediately upon agreeing to engage a Candidate introduced by The Job House Management Consultant and the terms of the engagement. The Client agrees and undertakes to pay The Job House Management Consultant a Placement Fee amounting to a percentage of the gross annual salary. The Placement Fee will be equal to 8.33% of the gross annual salary for all levels of management. The Gross Annual Salary excludes the variable components offered to the candidate. Applicable Service Tax would be charged on the placement fee as per the government rules (Taxable Services: Manpower Recruitment Agency). The payment has to be made via cheque in favour of The Job House Management Consultant. An invoice will be sent to the Client upon commencement of employment and Placement Fee is payable within 30 days from the date of joining of the candidate.

Introductions are confidential. If The Job House Management Consultant introduces a candidate that the client then introduces to another third party, who engage the Candidate on either a full time basis or as a contractor, the client agrees and undertakes to pay The Placement Fee. Whilst every endeavor is made by The Job House Management Consultant to introduce satisfactory candidates to the Client, it is the responsibility of the Client to satisfy themselves of the suitability of an applicant before engaging them. If required, the Client may take references and arrange medical examinations prior to the appointment of the applicant. The Job House Management Consultant will provide help where possible to facilitate these processes. If invoices are settled and due to any reason Candidate resigns within 90 days of joining then a free replacement for the same position will be provided. No variation in these Terms and Conditions may be made without prior written agreement from The Job House Management Consultant. All solicitations are subjected to Kolkata Jurisdiction only.
