Where we were prior to 2016/2017 season 3 League wins in School History First league win was in 2013/2014 against MV 2014/2015 season had two league wins (MV and TV) Program has gone through several coaches Program only had two teams until 2013/2014 season

Where we are now 6 League wins (MV, TV, Vista, Great Oak) Took 4th place in league Over 100 players at tryouts 3 teams with development program being put in place. A team that believes in itself !!!!!

Where we are going Continue growth of program Development of players (on and off the field) Recognition Having former players come back to help coach We Will Be LEAGUE CHAMPIONS !!!!!

Program Development Plan Reserves – Freshman and Sophomores, no Juniors or Seniors JV – Team to have players ready to jump to Varsity Varsity – Top Team players (no freshman unless they are full time starters)

Expectations of The Players Respect With words and actions towards teammates, coaches, referees, other players, etc. Timeliness is a form of respect. Consistently being late to practices, team events, and games may affect playing time. Team Player The program is bigger than the individual. Well Disciplined On and off the field. Each athlete’s behavior is a representation of the program as a whole. Being proactive to take care of any potential problems is key! Grades We believe in STUDENT athletes. Each athlete must take care of business in the classroom. If they do not they can become academically ineligible and may lose their position on the team.

Expectations of The Parents To cheer on and support our program and the hard work that the boy’s put in all season long! 30 minute rule: Allow 30 minutes to pass after a game until talking to your player about what took place. If an athlete wants to talk they will bring it up. Volunteer is possible We love parent volunteers!!
