1 The idea of the project "Caravan" Main goal: Global reconstruction of the international logistics chains Targets: increase the parameter tonne-km per day (from 450 to planned 1500 – 1900) - improving road safety (reducing road accidents depending on the share of unmanned vehicles in the stream)

The project boundary 2 Preparation of infrastructure 100% of public roads of Federal importance included in the international road transport corridors for the movement of unmanned vehicles: vehicle infrastructure systems precise positioning (accuracy 2-5 cm); ensure full coverage of the infrastructure; providing communication standard is not below 4G for connection vehicle - to-vehicle (v2v) and vehicle - to-infrastructure (v2i); creating a digital model of roads It should be noted that the implementation of the above measures will have a positive impact on the other solved by the Ministry of transport and the Federal road Agency objectives, including the introduction of BIM technologies, the creation of a system precise navigation, providing the fad communication, improving the accuracy of the results of network diagnostics

The operators – profit from the generated traffic 3. Charge users for the use of "smart" infrastructure for drones. When going to the site and/d, which could be unmanned, this is only possible when equipped with a special terminal and you pay a certain amount per kilometer. A possible implementation in the framework of PPP

The way to eliminate them The main risks to project implementation and opportunities to overcome them 6 Risks The way to eliminate them Long-term investments 2. Possible increase in accidents 3.
