Fall 2017 Reporting Release Anticipating Oct 20 (anticipate the release and emails late on the night of Oct 19th) All account holders will also get an email blast when PVAAS reporting is released All account holders will have access to the PVAAS reporting when released (no staggered report release this year)

PVAAS Teacher Specific 3-Year Rolling Average: 2nd Year Fall 2016 3-Year Rolling Average: SY15-16 SY14-15 SY13-14 Fall 2017 3-Year Rolling Average: SY16-17 What does “rolling” mean? (SY13-14 “rolled off”)

Currently Enrolled Student Projections: When Available? Those submitting currently enrolled data in PIMS by Sept 18  currently enrolled available when data is released! Includes projection summaries, college/career readiness summaries, & individual projection reports (including Child Success Summary) available in reports menu Those NOT submitting currently enrolled will NOT have the projection summaries or college/career readiness summaries. However, they still have projections available based on last tested – will need to use the Student Search or Child Success Summaries to obtain.

Custom Student Reports Custom Student Reports created now will be deleted and no longer available when the 2017 release occurs! We’ve found a number of people creating these now – and we’ve been emphasizing this in trainings; we don’t want people upset or not knowing this will happen
