Possible evidence collecting methods: maintaining an ongoing narrative/script of the principals interactions. documenting specific critical behaviors that support effectiveness in the performance standards. cross-referencing observed behaviors with support documents.

ACCURATE – FAIR -- IMPARTIAL Avoid interpretations and biases Clarify vague information Provide timely feedback Encourage self-assessment and monitoring Validate observed behaviors through additional visits and documents

Recommended Practice Conduct at least two site visits per year. a minimum duration of one hour each The first visit should occur prior to the mid- year review.
