Evolution of Greek Art and Architecture

Marble column of temple of Artemis  Originally it was much higher than it stands now. It was part of the temple of Artemis in Sardis. It is 360 cm high Greek, Hellenistic Period, 3rd century BC.   Metropolitan Museum

These columns date back to 472-456 BC as part of the Temple of Zeus
