Mobile field Reporting App for Construction The need for a mobile field reporting app was presented by customers of my client stating that with so many big software platforms there has yet to be one app that can translate information across all platforms. Our mission as we told the client was not to replace their current software but to add to it. The UX goals were focused on easy of use in the field. We knew if the app was intricate construction workers would not use it.The user may be wearing gloves or simply have their mind elsewhere. It was my job to research customer use case scenarios and manage the project design and prototype before it was sent to the dev team.
