Director’s Notes Responsibilities of StageCrew Rehearsal Schedule Performance Dates – April 11 (Matinee)-April 14th Expectations

Practices Tentative Rehearsal Schedule Tech Week is March 30th – April 11th. There will be practice every night during tech week. The crew must reserve this week completely for the show. No conflicts this week.

More about Practices Not every child will be required to attend every practice. The closer we get to the show, the more students will need to be at practices. The weeks leading up to the play may require your child to be at each practice. We also might have to add practices as show time approaches. We will let you know. You may send a light snack and water bottle with your child on practice days. Remember it needs to be a small snack.

Financial Obligations Each crew member is required to pay the $25 tuition fee. This money is due by March 9th. You can send it to your child’s homeroom teacher in an envelope marked, “Mrs. Moss.” If paying by check, please make the check payable to Riverdale and make sure to include a phone number on your check.
