THE AGING OF OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM The most critical element to a human’s survival, is our immune system. It is our white blood cells that kill and remove bacteria, toxic chemicals, virus, and our body’s cells, which have become corrupt. As our immune cells respond to all of these dangers, just like in war, our soldiers which protect us, are wounded or killed. Now our cells have the ability to split and thus create more soldiers (white blood cells). Each time that our cells divide, the DNA within the cell splits, sending a copy of the DNA to the new cell.

TELEOMERS AND AGING On the ends of the DNA are telomeres. Telomeres are the protecting ends of the DNA. And they tell the DNA reading protein, that this is the end of the DNA, and not a break in the DNA. Each time that the cell is split, the telomere shortens. This is a built in safety feature of our cells. It allows the cells to divide about fifty seven times, and then the telomeres are so short that the process stops, and the cell cannot further divide. This keeps damaged cells from unlimited splitting, and creating large masses of corrupt cells (cancer).

OLD AGE SENESCENT CELLS Certain cells that get a lot of use, and are damaged frequently, need to continue to split and provide more of those specific cells for use. One of those classes of cells are our immune cells. To accomplish this task the telomeres need to be lengthened, so within the DNA is a specialized catalyst which extends the length of the telomeres. This catalyst (enzyme), is called telomerase. Our most important cells, which need to protect our bodies, and which are constantly put in harm’s way is our immune cells. When these cell’s telomeres get too short they can no longer split they become old age cells (Senescent). Senescent cells have a dark side and cause negative consequences to their neighboring cells. They may also themselves become corrupt and become uncontrolled rouge cells.

TELOMERE LENGTHENING The great news is there is a way to extend these cells telomeres length, and extend their lives. There is natural herbal chemistry which has the action of activating telomerase. Once activated, our immune cells short telomeres are extended. Breathing new life and ability to protect our bodies from outside destructive forces. There was a research study performed on an extract of this ancient Chinese herb, Astragalus. It demonstrated that the product was safe, and proved with real quantitative science that the senescent cells with their short telomeres, could be lengthened

CHINESE MEDICINE Now the Chinese have used this herb for thousands of years, to treat stress, kidney failure, diabetes, immune system and they knew it had positive effects, but they had no idea how it worked, and that it clearly provides Anti-aging benefits to the user. Science has now demonstrated, that extending telomere length, keeps immune cells viable, improving your immune response Improving the structure and functions of the different organs and immune system, stops the slow degradation of our body’s Slowing old age symptoms

WHY OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM WEARS OUT Chronic (continuous) viral infections like CMV (which 80% of the world population has), Herpes virus (cold sores), and HIV all accelerate telomere loss, and cause pre-mature aging to our immune systems. As our immune cells fight chronic infection, they lose their ability to lyse infected cells, and their ability to put out warning chemical messages to other immune cells. This is another effect of our immune cells becoming old and worn out.

RESTORING WORN OUT CELLS The great news is that this study concluded, that there was a twenty percent reduction in these old age cells, which were not performing properly. So this herb helps to improve the performance of our immune cells, as well as their overall life span. The physicians who looked at the health of the participants of this study through one year, found no adverse effects related to the herbal remedy.
