Figure 1 Timing of covariates in relation to the diagnosis of hemorrhagic cystitis. For each variable, box plots summarize data from the 17 subjects diagnosed with hemorrhagic cystitis. The dotted vertical line shows the median time to the diagnosis of cystitis after stem cell infusion (day +25). The median time to peak BK viremia and HHV-6 viremia occurred before cystitis was diagnosed. The median time to GVHD, platelet engraftment >50,000/μL, and peak BK viruria occurred after cystitis was diagnosed.
