Air Transport Technical Authority Agreement and Operations Manager Approval for Rowan Gorilla Crane-Helicopter SIMOPS

Scope Americas-Air Transport Regional Manager Technical Authority agreement, Wells Operations Team Lead, Rig OIM, and Air Operator approval is required for Rowan Gorilla VI Crane-Helicopter SIMOPS in accordance with the Shell Group Requirements for Aircraft Operations OMA 6.10: Helideck Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) Hazards and OPS0081: Safe Practices for Aviation Operations This scope is specific to Air Transport operations conducted to/from the Rowan Gorilla helideck The Crane-Helicopter SIMOPS approval is intended to cover the period during the Dolphin A Helideck TLQ Restack and beyond as needed Critical period being end of June during the TLQ Restack SIMOPS Crane-Helicopter Scenarios: flights landing/departing from the Rowan Gorilla helideck with crane operations on the Rowan Gorilla helideck

Rowan Gorilla VI Individual Crane Layout and Radius Port Mid Port Forward Crane LOS and OFS status: Port Forward Crane: presents an infringement to RGVI helideck – no air transport operations permitted to RGVI helideck when this crane is in operation Starboard Mid Crane: no infringement to RGVI helideck; however, presents sight picture risk to pilots for approaches from the West and concern of pipeline below the crane Port Mid + Port and Starboard Aft Cranes: no infringement to RGVI helideck – RGVI SOOB and RMS-DOP-065 conditionally approve Simops with these cranes under certain circumstances Port Aft Starboard Aft Starboard Mid

Scenario: Rowan Gorilla VI Rig Crane-Helicopter SIMOPS RGVI SOOB concerning Simops: #14 - Helicopter and Crane operations (only Port Aft, Port Mid, and Starboard Aft cranes) may be performed with approval from the OIM and helicopter pilot according to RMS-DOP-065 RGVI RMS-DOP-065 Drilling Operations-Helideck Operations: 4.4 The HLO must verify all cranes are in the parked position with all crane control cabs unmanned. In some cases, inboard crane operations may continue, but only: For those cranes aft of the derrick with prior approval from the OIM and helicopter pilot. In the case of critical operations, such as running casing in open hole, with prior approval of the OIM and helicopter pilot. In such cases, the HLO shall inform the pilot which crane is in operation, and the crane shall remain inboard until the helicopter is clear of the helideck.

Scenario: Rowan Gorilla VI Rig Crane-Helicopter SIMOPS Air Transport operations for Simops with Port Mid + Port and Starboard Aft Cranes: Prior agreement needed with the helicopter operator and Americas-Air Transport TA-1 Authority Helicopter operator aware of names and locations of all cranes on the facility All Simops done in accordance with RGVI SOOB and RMS-DOP-065 Drilling Operations-Helideck Operations Manual Procedure 4.4 Status of all crane operations broadcast during check-in radio communications NOTAM to be issued by the Americas-Air Transport Team with safety mitigations/procedures specified
