The Threat of Worldliness “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world – the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life – is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever” 1 John 2:15-17

Peer Pressures We Face Proverbs 1:10-16 “Come with us, let us…” Watch this Ungodly Movie together. Go to that Party on Friday night. Drink some Beer or Wine at my house. Attend the Prom with everyone else. Smoke a Cigarette or try this Drug. Go to the Beach and dress immodestly.

Peer Pressures We Face Proverbs 1:10-16 “Come with us, let us…” Ignore Sin & Encourage Other’s Weakness Avoid Anything “Negative” or Controversial Gossip about Others and Stir up Strife in the Congregation. Be Apathetic and Uninvolved in the Work. Be a Hypocrite and think God will be Pleased.
