Duration Trends: E911 The duration of E911 outages is statistically unchanged in 2017 compared with 2016 (using a Mann-Whitney test).

Duration Trends: Wireline The duration of Wireline outages is statistically unchanged in 2017 compared with 2016 (using a Mann-Whitney test).
