1.A Access by car You can park your car on a visitors parking area Practical hints to prepare your 1st day at Airbus 1.A Access by car From Hamburg/Osnabrück: Exit the A1 at Bremen-Arsten in the direction of „Neuenlander Straße“ until you reach the „Georg-Wulf-Straße“ on your left and follow this street. Then turn left into Aibus-Allee and at the end of this street you will find the main entrance right in front of you. You can park your car on a visitors parking area with a visitors pass next to the main entrance (if you haven‘t got your badge yet) There are a lot of parking lots in the area for Airbus employees You can also find a parking garage for Airbus employees at „Hünefeldstraße“ in front of the tram station 12 November 2018

Please find a map of tram stops and other informations here: https://www.bsag.de/de/auskunft/infos-plaene/linien-und-fahrplaene.html How to get from the main station to Airbus main entrance: From main station take the exit in the direction of city centre. The stops of the tram are on the left side of the station forecourt. Take tram number 6 (destination „Flughafen/Airport“) to the terminus „Flughafen Süd“. Then turn left and follow the Cornelius-Edzard-Straße until the corner to Airbus-Allee. In front of the Airbus-Allee you find the main entrance on your right. 2. Badge & security regulations on site Practical hints to prepare your 1st day at Airbus 2. Badge & security regulations on site Badge Office: All new arrivals (non-permanent employees, permanent employees, temporary employees and interns) must go to the badge office for an individual identification badge. The badge office in Bremen is located on the left side of the main entrance, next to gate 1. (business hours: Monday and Wednesday 7-15h, Friday 7-12h) Always wear your badge visibly whilst on-site and remove it when off site. Report any incident, malfunction, abnormal or suspicious situation to your local Site Security Officer/ IM-Security Officer. Only share information with authorized persons who have a legitimate need for it. (need to know – principle; in this context be also sensitive with your social media activities) Manage your password carefully, do not share it with another person at any time. It is not allowed to take pictures within Airbus sites. Lock your computer when you leave it Lock your office (if possible) when you leave it Do not leave any sensible data open on your desk 12 November 2018

Practical hints to prepare your 1st day at Airbus 3. Lunch In Bremen you will find the canteen in building 14 with different dishes every day You will find the daily menu in the Hub Please note that you have to pay with your badge in the canteen.There is an automat where you can load your badge with money at the entrance. You can not pay with cash in the canteen. Next to the canteen you will find a smaller kiosk to get some snacks and smaller dishes. In the kiosk you can pay with your badge and also cash. Business hours of the canteen are: Monday - Friday from 11:30 - 14:00 (for late shift 15:00 – 17:00) Business hours of the kiosk are: Monday – Friday from 7:00 - 10:30, 11:00 - 16:00 12 November 2018
