ADS eCommerce – Return / Refund Policy Return Policy Customer may return accessories purchased on GM Brand Site eStore(s) for full refund, including shipping, if applicable, within 30 days of customer receipt, provided Customer returns accessory to selling dealership Customer provides proof of purchase Accessory is original condition (i.e. new and unused) and customer returns all parts/components Return Procedure Customer returns accessory to dealer per Return Policy. Dealer refunds purchase price, including taxes and shipping, if applicable. Dealer emails proof of refund to ecommerce_returns@gm.com. GM credits dealer’s open account for 7% part MSRP fee and shipping, if applicable. If desired, dealer returns accessory to ADI for complete refund/credit.
