OSHA Standard Purpose - to ensure that the hazards of all chemicals produced or imported are evaluated, and that information concerning their hazards is transmitted to employers and employees;

Label Requirements - Companies Using Chemical Each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is legibly labeled Identity of the hazardous chemical(s) Appropriate hazard warnings Immediate use containers - no label For example, using a cup for touchup paint
