User Guide Portman Livewire If you display this guide in slide show format and ensure your sound is activated on your computer, you will be able to hear an audio commentary. You will need to move through each slide in order to hear the comments. User Guide

Evolvi Login Page This is the login page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password. If you have forgot your password select the Forgotten your password button.

Home Page From here you can select your traveller from the Booking As area. If it is not yourself that is travelling you select the email here and the system allows you to add the appropriate email of your traveller. All their details will then be pulled from their profile. Then search for departure and arrival stations. When you being to type a drop down list will appear or you can use the look up table. The date can be selected from the calendar view. And if you have any other extras you wish to specify there are other travel options.

Rail Booking From the 3 search options you can begin with edit travellers. This opens the profile from the email you advised is travelling. Select the add button next to the name.

Searching When more than one traveller is selected you are then able to add each of the names of the travellers. If they hold a rail card it can be added here. Discounts will then be applied to the fares to come. 

The suggested fare will show the cheapest ticket available. Search Results The suggested fare will show the cheapest ticket available. On the results page you will see Return Fares and Dual Single Fares on the same page. Dual Singles can sometimes be cheaper than booking a Return Fares.

Fare details and times You click on the option you wish to book. You can then look at the fares rules of the ticket by selecting the options displayed in the yellow box. A summary of what you have selected will display at the bottom of the page. Once you have selected the ticket you would like to book you can then reserve seats or to add booking to basket.

Seat Allocation If you select ‘Reserve a seat’ you will be directly to this page which will allow you to reserve a seat. Once you have selected your seat preferences you can continue with the booking.

You will then see the best available matched seats allocated to you. Seat Confirmation You will then see the best available matched seats allocated to you. If you are happy with this selection then ‘add to basket’.

The checkout option will allow you to proceed with this booking. Client References Edit custom fields allows you to add or amend any required for the booking. If you select the ‘Continue Shopping’ option this trip will be stored in the basket and saved whilst your session is open. The checkout option will allow you to proceed with this booking.

Basket By clicking on the expand button you will be able to view the details of what will be booked before proceeding to the check out.

‘Buy Now’ will take you to the final page of the booking. Ticket Delivery If you select the ‘Check Out’ option then you will be taken to this page where you can select how your tickets will be sent e.g. TOD, First Class or Special Delivery. These options will vary depending on your companies policy. ‘Buy Now’ will take you to the final page of the booking.

Click the ‘Confirm’ button to complete the booking. Final Booking Page On the final booking page you will be asked to confirm any payment details. You must accept the terms and conditions. Click the ‘Confirm’ button to complete the booking.

Confirmation Page The booking reference is displayed at the top of the confirmation. The confirmation page will show all details of the booking.

To view your booking you would enter the booking reference and search. Search Options If you need to view your booking again on the system after it has been booked you can do this by clicking on the ‘Orders’ button. To view your booking you would enter the booking reference and search.

Order Search Results You are able to view the confirmation and cancel the booking on the page.
