Figure 3 A giant gastric ulcer formed after submucous injection of tissue adhesive. (A) During glue injection. (B, C) One month after injection, a giant ulcer was found with a white-yellowish base and scattered submucous hemorrhage foci, with congestion and edema of the surrounding mucosa. (D) Five months after injection, the ulcer showed a clear boundary, with white-yellowish base and fresh granulation. (E) Eight months after injection, the ulcer displayed a clear base and more granulation. (F) Fourteen months after injection, the ulcer was almost healed.
