Project Summary 50 / 50 partnership between Shell and Dominion One of the best wind resource locations in the eastern United States Phase I – 82 turbines / 164 megawatts operational by 2 nd quarter 2008 – Fully permitted and under construction Phase II – 50 turbines / 100 megawatts operational by 4 th quarter 2008 – Pursuing final permits; engineering underway Phase I Turbines are currently being delivered and erected on site Expect to be tied to the 500 kV electric transmission grid by October 2007

Project Location Grant County, West Virginia. Mt. Storm Coal-Fired Station Phase I Site 164 MW 5500 Acres Phase II Site 100 MW ~2000 Acres Wind project site is located on a ridgeline approximately 2 miles east of Dominions Mt. Storm coal-fired facility
