Lets now click on Login which is located under the IFTA oil drops.

If you haven’t logged in for a while and have forgotten your password.

Use the Forgot your password tool to have this information emailed to you. Also keep in mind that your User IDs and passwords for the IFTA, Inc. website and the Clearinghouse are different. A common mistake new IFTA users make is thinking there Clearinghouse passwords will work on the website and vice versa.

Level 6 Now we are logged into a level 6 area which is the Commissioner level.

Remember when you have staff changes in your jurisdiction you need to update the IFTA, Inc. website and tell us this new information. The first place to do this is on the JCL. Jursidiction Communication List.

The two areas you’ll need to look at are the Edit General Information and Edit Mailing Addresses.

After you have made the changes to your JCL. Next click on Controls.

Look at your current list of users and make sure you keep that up to date. If a person retired then go ahead and delete their IFTA, Inc. account. If you have new staff brought on board then you can grant them access to the website. Every once in a while a new Commissioner comes in and don’t know about this User Control section and sees they have many people who have retired and still have access.

Then next click on the Clearinghouse bar.

The same idea here with User Registration The same idea here with User Registration. If you have a new member who needs Clearinghouse access or people who are now longer with IFTA. You go in there to edit your changes.
