What is a Marketing Plan? A marketing plan is a written document that specifies an organzation's resources, objectives, marketing strategy, and implementation and control efforts to be used in marketing a specific product or product rule.

Why do we need marketing plan? The marketing plan helps establish a unified vision for an organzation and is used for communication among the firm's employees. It covers responsibilities, task, and schdules for implementations, specified how resources are able to be allocated to achieve marketing objectives, and helps marketing managers monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing strategy.
