Upgrades Authorized User to PVU From Intermediate to Advanced: For every authorized user license of Intermediate, the customer can trade for 1.25 of Advanced PVU licenses, and purchase additional as required. For example, if a customer has 100 users of Intermediate, and wants to trade up to 600 VU of Advanced, then they would trade for 125 PVU and purchase an additional 475 VU (= 600 -100*1.25). From Intermediate to Base: same logic, except that every Intermediate User license trades up to 1.05 Base VU. These trade ups will be handled via special bid.
